These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the jnmpros.com website (the "Site") operated by JNM Professional Services LLC ("JNM," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for small business owners and their representatives who are interested in learning about or purchasing JNM's digital services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its backend systems
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to submit forms or harvest data
- Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
2. Free Preview Site
When you submit the contact form, we may generate a complimentary preview website for your business at no cost and with no obligation. The preview site is a demonstration of what we could build for you and is not a final deliverable. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue the free preview at our discretion.
3. Services and Pricing
Details of our paid services and pricing are available on the Site. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Paid services are governed by a separate service agreement that will be provided before any work begins or any charge is made. Submitting the contact form does not create a purchase obligation or service contract.
4. SMS Communications
If you opt in to SMS communications by checking the consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from JNM Professional Services at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. SMS consent is entirely optional and is not a condition of receiving any service from JNM. 5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site -- including text, graphics, logos, images, and software -- is the property of JNM Professional Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
Preview sites we generate for your business are intended for your evaluation only. Upon entering a paid service agreement, ownership of the completed site deliverables is governed by that agreement.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JNM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
