How we set it up
- A 30-minute kickoff call with Mark. We gather your hours, services, the questions callers ask most, and when you want calls transferred to you.
- We configure and test it. We set up your number, your menu and your receptionist, then you call your own number and try to break it.
- We fix anything that is off and you go live, usually in about two weeks.
- We keep tuning it. New service, new hours, a question it should answer: text or email us and we update it.

Will it sound like a robot?
It uses a natural-sounding voice and is set up with your business name, hours, services and the answers you want it to give. You call it yourself and try to trip it up before it goes live, and we adjust anything that is off.
What happens when it cannot help a caller?
It transfers the call to you or takes a message, depending on how you want it set up, and texts you a summary either way.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. We can move your existing number over at no charge, or set you up with a new local number.
Can it speak Spanish?
Yes, as an add-on. A bilingual receptionist can answer Spanish-speaking callers.
Do I need any equipment or technical knowledge?
No. It runs in the cloud. We configure everything, and changes are a text or email to us.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. After the one-time setup it is month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
