Minutes and overage
350 minutes per month are included, as a fair-use allowance — not "unlimited." Minutes beyond that are billed at $0.45/min.
Setup — what happens and when
- A short kickoff call. We gather your hours, services and the questions callers ask most, and set up call forwarding from your existing number.
- We configure and test it. You call your own number and try to break it.
- You go live, usually within about a week — there is no new number, IVR or site build involved.

Who is this for?

How does it answer my existing number?
By call forwarding. Calls to your current number forward to the AI receptionist when you choose (always, or only when you do not pick up) — you keep your number exactly as it is.

Does it tell callers it is an AI?
Yes. It always tells callers it is an AI, at the start of the call and whenever asked. Calls and voicemails may be recorded or transcribed to produce your call summaries and activity reports, consistent with applicable law.
What is NOT included?
No new business number, no IVR menu, and no SMS/texting capability. Those are part of CONNECTED ($399/mo), which is the right fit if you want the number and menu too.
What happens if I go over the included minutes?
Extra minutes are billed at $0.45/min. This is a fair-use allowance, not a hard cutoff — we will reach out before an unusual month turns into a surprise bill.
How long does setup take?
A short kickoff call to set up call forwarding and train the receptionist on your business, then you test it yourself. Most clients are live within about a week, since there is no number, IVR or site build involved.
