Minutes and overage
CONNECTED includes 200 AI voice minutes per month, a fair-use allowance covering typical call volume for this tier. It is not unlimited: minutes beyond the included amount are billed at $0.45/min. We watch usage and will flag it before it becomes a surprise bill.
What's not included
No SMS marketing campaigns, no automated lead follow-up, and no web chat Sales Agent. Step up to MOMENTUM ($649/mo) for all three, plus more included minutes.

How many AI voice minutes are included, and what happens after that?
200 AI voice minutes are included each month. This is a fair-use allowance, not a hard cutoff and not "unlimited" — if you go over, additional minutes are billed at $0.45/min. Most CONNECTED clients stay well inside the included minutes; if your call volume runs higher, tell us and we will talk through whether MOMENTUM or a minutes add-on fits better before you see an overage bill.
Does it tell callers it is an AI?
Yes. It always tells callers it is an AI, at the start of the call and whenever asked. Calls and voicemails may be recorded or transcribed to produce your call summaries and activity reports, consistent with applicable law.
What is not included, and what do I upgrade to if I need it?
